Our stand alone CropCube grow room could be your perfect start. A short lead time and affordable price make these a great way to get your business started. The modular design makes expanding a breeze. You can easily start with a single room and expand over time into a full scale facility.

Frequently Asked Questions

How much power does a modular unit use?

All of our builds are custom and the power requirements will vary unit to unit. but one of our typical 8x40 Flower units will draw around 80Amps 240V single phase. Our units can be run from 208V-240V single or three phase power supply.

What is the lead time of a modular unit?

Lead times depend on the size of the order, smaller orders where we have the modulars in stock can have lead times as short as 6 weeks to delivery. Larger builds could have lead times as long as 14 weeks.

Are modular units delivered ready to use? Turn Key?

Some of our units can be delivered ready to use, you will need an electrician and plumber to hook up the unit, or we can facilitate this for you. The largest units we can deliver Turn Key are 8x40, anything larger will be an onsite installation.

Will the Branding service increase the cost of my modular?

Branding can be done at no additional cost to your unit. we will provide a 50" diameter decal with your logo at no additional cost. adding custom colors to the walls of the unit will increase the cost by about $500 for an 8x20 unit.

Are modular units eligible for power rebates?

Yes rebates may be available for the LED lighting, HVAC, and Dehumidification systems we use in our units, the rebates are based on what your local power company will offer, we work with a company that will research the max rebates you are eligible for.
